Work P.E.

1  Find out the principle of transference and describe it
The transfer principle says that a training will be more effective as long as it looks as much as possible to the conditions that will be presented on the "objective" day
2 Give me an example of each training principles
1 Principle of effective charge :
If the most that you can run its 60 minutes , run 40 and you are going to improve your resistance without having an injure because you don’t exceed your capacity
2     Principle of progression of the load:
If you are starting running you must run the firs month 30 minutes , the second and raise gradual
3     Principle of Variety:
It consists in doing difference exercises to variate. Like one month you play football , other month you can run or swim
4     Principle of optimal relationship between load and recovery:
You can do a circuit training and between each station have a rest of 30 seconds
5    The principle of repetition and continuity:
When you finish and exercise and then you stretch
6     Reverse action principle:
If you run two weeks but next month you don’t do anything
7     The principle of periodization
 Swim 25 minutes every day
8     The principle of individuality:
A person who don’t  swim a lot cant do the same like a professional swimmer
9     The principle of specialization / multilateralism:
If you are a runner you have to stretch your muscles’ legs and run
